Everything you need to attend the programme

How to apply

Each year we admit only 150 delegates on the programme. We are looking for those extraordinary individuals who are determined to take responsibility for their world, and build a positive future.

Many of our delegates are proposed by their company or organisation, and there are a limited number of places for private individuals who would like to participate. There is a short application form and, if it seems that you are ready, we will schedule a conversation. We want to be sure that the programme and timing are right for you, and we want you to be confident in your decision as well.

To avoid disappointment and to join the programme that fits with your schedule we recommend you apply early.

If you’d like to have a chat about whether The Ivy House Programme is right for you, email spinny@ivyhouse.london and we will set up a call.

What is a performance coach?
Your relationship with a coach is like no other relationship you will ever have. Their sole purpose is to help you achieve exactly what you want in life. They will listen intently, support fully and challenge robustly. They will not tell you want you want to hear, they will tell you what you need to hear, and they will do it in a way that works. While on the programme the coaches will work with you individually and in small groups. For the individual sessions you will meet, usually digitally, to address whatever it is you want to focus on at that time.
Is there work to do beforehand?
Before each Masterclass you will be asked to complete some pre-work.
Rather than being onerous, it requires thoughtful reflection and at times engaging other people who know you well. It is a process of discovery that our delegates enjoy, or so they tell us.
Do you have advice on the application for The Ivy House Programme?
Spend some time thinking about what you want from the programme and what you are prepared to put in. Then be yourself. If you have a particular time that you want to do the programme, get your application in early.
Why are places limited?
Our performance coaches are working with people who are leaders in their field – business leaders, athletes, musicians, artists, designers… Their time is valuable and scarce.
Are scholarships available?
We believe that access to cutting-edge training programmes should not depend on the ability to pay. We have set up our scholarship fund to ensure that exceptional individuals from every background can attend our programmes. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please indicate this on the application form.

If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund, we would be delighted to hear from you. Email elke@ivyhouse.london.

If I am not accepted, can I apply for a future date?
Yes. We suggest you seek to understand why you didn’t get offered a place, make the changes you want to make and then reapply.
Can I mix and match the dates?
No. The programme is designed so that you work with your team members throughout. It is important you pick a programme in which you can attend all the dates.
What if I need to change the programme I am booked on?
We will do our best to help but this will be solely dependent on spaces being available on other dates. This needs to be done 3 weeks prior to the start of the programme.
